Welcome to aura ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "aura"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

aura is a receipt management application that allows users to scan, store, organize, and export receipt data. These Terms govern your access to and use of the App, including any updates, features, and content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all data, information, and other content that you upload, store, or process through the App. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for a subscription service, we will provide notice of the change through the App or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App or our intellectual property.

Your privacy is important to us. Our ">Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
